The restoration and revitalization of the waiting rooms at Blayney Railway Station is underway, preparing for it to become the region’s newest community arts space.
Partners (including Arts OutWest) took a tour of the restoration works in August. The historic waiting rooms were built in the late 1800s and have been closed to the public for over 30 years. In January 2021 ‘Platform’ will open and the walls will be filled with artworks by local artists. The spaces will host local workshops year round.
