Each November is AusMusic Month — a chance to shine an extra focus on Australian music. Arts OutWest are jumping on this band wagon (sorry, terrible pun) and shining light on our own local musicians with a special music edition of our enews.
As our Live & Kicking program clicks over into its 12th, penultimate, month we’ve ramped up the offerings with a full month of local, original music in eight towns across the NSW Central West (including a few exciting new venues).

Our regular Artspeak enews – with lots of arts opportunities, jobs, funding and Arts OutWest project updates – will be out later this week (watch your inboxes), but given there’s so much to say about music and our Live & Kicking program we’re sharing this bonus issue today.
Scroll on down for energetic folk-rock fusions, Americana mashed with progressive blues rock, a guitar driven hard rock/metal experience, a unique blend of indie rock and alt-country, funk n soul, indie acoustic pop, and the return of a much-loved acoustic folk institution. It’s all live, all original music.
We’ve also included a few music industry support resources and the links to our online WHAT’S On where you can list your own gigs.
