September 2023 Arts Outwest’s art & health officer Steven Cavanagh attended the Western Health Research Network symposium in Dubbo
, presenting the Yaganda Bulabul: Three Rivers Mural Art Project, Bloomfield Hospital Orange with Victoria Lovecchio (district coordinator ICYFMH).
This is a collaborative arts project to create healing environments working with the Infant Child Youth Family Mental Health Unit (ICYFMHU) is underway at Bloomfield campus (Orange) in the redeveloped Yaganda Bulabul Building.
ICYFMH commissioned Arts OutWest to manage the project. We coordinated six local and regional artists to deliver a series of large and small mural artworks throughout the internal and external spaces of the building.
