Starstruck: Australian Movie Portraits
Fri June 7 - Sun July 28Free admission
If you love movies, you’ll love Starstruck! This exhibition reveals never-before-seen stories of Australian cinema and explores how cinema portraiture can create a bridge between the magic of a movie’s fictional world’s and the realities of filmmaking. Through photographic portraits, candid behind-the-scenes shots, rare film posters, casting books and original costumes, Starstruck celebrates 100 years of Australian cinema including watershed moments, iconic visions of Australian life, and a glimpse into the experiences of actors and crew.
