The Society will distribute $50,000 in grants each year.
THE HERITAGE GRANTS PROGRAM:
The Heritage Grants Program is one of the Community, Youth and Senior heritage projects funded by NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, and provides funding to individuals and community groups for local historical research. The program is designed to facilitate the dissemination of local Australian stories, expression of the diversity of Australian culture as it impacts on communities, and to highlight and localise pivotal Australian historical events and issues.
