2018 Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award
Entries Now Open: The Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA) is Australia’s richest regional drawing prize, with total prize money of $40,000 on offer.
Thirty years ago in 1988 the Grafton Regional Gallery established a drawing prize. This competition for drawing is now the flagship art prize known as the Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA).

All artists living in Australia are eligible to enter the JADA, which accepts both traditional and contemporary interpretations of drawing. Each year the JADA attracts entries from some of Australia’s leading artists who work in the medium of drawing, including Gosia Wlodarczak, Noel McKenna, David Fairbairn, and Todd Fuller.
